We will meet to view & discuss your home, I'll bring you real-time local market data to give you an idea of where your home stands in the current market, and we'll start talking strategy to get you top dollar, the timeline you want, and the most favourable deal conditions. Within a few days, expect a follow up email with a detailed report which will outline everything we discussed - plus a detailed checklist to help you begin preparing your home for sale. IMPORTANT: You don't need to clean or fix up anything before our meeting - I've got kids and pets, so I get it! We're just going to be looking at your home's *potential* - so please don't stress if things aren't looking listing ready. We'll worry about that later! **Please note: If we haven't met before, we'll have a quick 5-10 minute chat on the phone before our meeting to cover a few details before our in-home appointment.
